The goal is to make you faster, stronger, and more explosive, regardless of your level or if you compete.

Explosive Karate is designed so you can train both in the Dojo and in the gym with minimal equipment. Many exercises can be done with just a few accessories, like a box, dumbbells, or a resistance band.
And if you don’t have those items, we have adapted exercises that can be performed using just your body weight, without the need for expensive or complicated equipment.
The idea is to make your training easier, wherever you are.
